About the Role
The Senior Director of Government Affairs, Policy, and Payer Access (Patient Access)?leads NBDF’s efforts to strengthen healthcare access for individuals with bleeding disorders. In this role, you will cultivate strategic partnerships with payers, Hemophilia Treatment Centers (HTCs), and community stakeholders, while driving solutions that address systemic barriers to care. You will provide both strategic and operational leadership in executing NBDF’s access strategy through research, policy advocacy, education, and oversight of national programming. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, along with the analytical and relational capacity to influence change across a complex healthcare landscape.
