To be eligible for membership in the National Health Council, all organizations must meet the following criteria:
Created by and for patient organizations 100 years ago, the National Health Council (NHC) brings diverse organizations together to forge consensus and drive patient-centered health policy. We promote increased access to affordable, high-value, sustainable health care. Made up of more than 150 national health-related organizations and businesses, the NHC’s membership includes Associate Members.
Associate Members are organizations that are considered to be primarily vendors in health-related areas. Associate Members have access to all member privileges, however they are not represented on the NHC’s Board of Directors or Nominating Committee. Associate members are also ineligible to vote at meetings of the entire membership.
