2022 Health Leadership Conference to Convene In-person, May 3-5 in Coral Gables, FL
By Racquel Codling, Director, Meetings & Events
Registration is now open for the National Health Council’s 2022 Health Leadership Conference (HLC), scheduled for May 3-5 in sunny Coral Gables, FL. The conference brings together executive and Board leadership of nonprofit health organizations, including a broad spectrum of patient advocacy organizations. The three-day event provides multiple opportunities to network with health ecosystem leaders and innovators, collaborate on emerging issues, and share best practices within the voluntary health sector.
The health and safety of our attendees and staff is very important, and we’ve developed safety protocols for convening in-person. Attendees should review our Health & Safety Measures during registration. The information also will be included in follow-up conference communications. Attendees will be required to either confirm their vaccine status or submit negative COVID-19 test results prior to attending the conference. For those that are not able to join us in person, we are exploring ways to bring some of the content to you in alternative ways – so stay tuned!
Conference program highlights include:
- Forging ahead on inclusivity and health equity;
- Opportunities to sharpen your leadership skills and learn from other in positions like yours;
- Timely sessions on Where We’ve Been, Where We Are Now, and Where We’re Going, concluding with a reactor panel; and
- Exclusive networking opportunities for Chief Executive Officers and Board members, plus the must-attend opening reception and the newly added partner networking event.
New this year! For patient advocacy organizations, it is encouraged that at least one Board member accompany the organization’s CEO. Typically, this is a requirement for HLC attendance, but with so many shifting variables this year, the requirement is suspended. Once a CEO is registered, additional senior staff from your organization are welcome to register and attend. We encourage attendance from as many of your Board and senior staff members as possible.
Register now and secure your hotel reservations by April 3, 2022. Thank you to our conference sponsors!
