After two years in Fort Lauderdale, the National Health Council’s signature leadership convening is heading to Savannah for the first time. From Feb. 10–12, 2027, CEOs, executive directors, board leaders, and senior executives will come together for candid conversation, peer learning, and practical insight on the challenges shaping their organizations and the patients they serve. 

About the Event 
Leading a nonprofit health organization requires navigating a changing policy environment, funding pressures, evolving technology, public expectations, and persistent barriers that make care harder for patients to access and afford. HLC gives senior leaders dedicated time to work through these challenges with peers and experts. 

Over three days, programming will address organizational leadership and governance, policy and advocacy, strategic communications, innovation and technology, nonprofit growth and sustainability, and other priorities facing patient organizations and nonprofit health groups. 

As the NHC advances We Are All Patients: The Human Cost of a Broken System, HLC will also examine how strong organizations and stronger collaboration can help reduce the financial and systemic barriers that stand between patients and care.

Board leaders: Board chairs, vice chairs, and other senior board members guiding mission-driven organizations. The NHC encourages CEOs and executive directors to attend with a board leader when possible. 

Senior executives: COOs, CFOs, chief strategy officers, communications and policy executives, and other senior leaders responsible for organizational direction and impact.
