Value Work Group

The National Health Council’s Value Work Group meets on a monthly basis by teleconference to share and learn from each other’s’ experiences, and to stay up-to-date on topics related to value assessment. The Work Group currently has representatives from 35 patient groups with either prior direct experience with value assessment organizations, such as the Institute for Clinical and Economic Review (ICER), American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO), the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN), etc., or that expect to interact with one of these organizations soon. The Work Group is open to NHC patient-group members and non-member patient organizations by invitation.
