Golf Outing
Interested in golfing at a nearby course? Attendees can arrive early or extend their stay and coordinate a golf outing at the Biltmore Golf Course – the world famous 18-hole, 71-par championship course, originally designed in 1925 by legendary golf course architect Donald Ross and updated for the modern game in 2018. Little Havana Food & Cultural Tour – Traditional Cuban Food Tastings
Tuesday, February 7 @ 11:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
A 2.5-hour (or ½ mile) walking tour in a small group setting (attendance capacity is 12 participants). There is no fee to participate in this event. The original Little Havana Food & Cultural Walking Tour explores the rich history and culinary delights of a vibrant neighborhood. The neighborhood is well-known for its many historical, political, culinary, and artistic contributions to Miami’s culture.

Fitness Activity
Wednesday, February 8 @ 6:30 – 7:15 a.m.
What a great way to jumpstart your morning! Start the day with a fitness class that focuses on both cardio and resistance training. The instructor-led class will include a modifier and intensifier for every single move, making this class uniquely accessible to people of ALL fitness levels. Attendees may go at their own pace and increase the intensity whenever they like. No equipment is needed.
Headshots for Professionals
Wednesday, February 8 at 12:15 – 3:15 p.m.
In need of a new or updated professional headshot? Your professional headshot should show you as an authoritative figure, which helps in making a dynamic first impression. Gustavo Fernandez Photography will provide high quality photographic services for attendees of the 2023 Health Leadership Conference (pre-registration required). Headshots will be shot on a white background and will take approximately 5-10 minutes per attendee. Attendees will choose their final images during the photo session and may take as many images as desired. Post conference, one final image will be provided per attendee, and they will possess the rights to use their image for print and web.
Partner Networking Reception

Attend a breakfast discussion roundtable to discuss a hot topic and share ideas, common challenges, solutions, and best practices with your peers to position your organization for success. During the facilitated discussion, participants will participate in interactive discussions and gain insights into how their peers are dealing with key issues. There is limited seating for each sponsored roundtable.

The high-energy, interactive, and engaging Attendees Show & Tell session is back by popular demand! This session provides a unique opportunity for sharing success stories, “ah ha” moments, emerging best practices and pitfalls to avoid, partner opportunities, and other news to inform and inspire your colleagues. To guarantee your time at the mic, attendees will be provided the opportunity to sign-up in advance. Participants will have five minutes to share success stories with other attendees. The session guarantees to be informal and fun!
