New Location Alert: Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center
The 2025 Washington Representatives Summer Meeting will be held on the 2nd level (Pavilion Ballroom) of the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, located at 1300 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20004.

Situated in the heart of Washington, DC, the building is within walking distance of iconic landmarks such as the White House, the U.S. Capitol Building, and the Smithsonian Museums.

There are six major pedestrian entrances to the building: 14th Street, 13 ½ Street, Pennsylvania Avenue, Moynihan Plaza, Woodrow Wilson Plaza and Metro level.

Important: All attendees must undergo security screening before entering the building.

Business casual is appropriate for attending this meeting and the evening reception.

Parking
Parking is available at the Ronald Regan Building in downtown DC’s largest and most accessible garage. Attendees can enter the garage at the following locations:

  • Near the corner of 13 ½ Street and Pennsylvania Avenue
  • Two entrances on 14th Street, between Constitution Avenue and Pennsylvania Avenue
