In response to our members needs and learnings from our Health Equity roundtables, the National Health Council will be hosting a virtual event on Oct. 5, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. ET.  The event theme is Inclusive Workplaces: Building A Representative Workforce. There will be two panels: Hiring & Recruitment and Retention & Career Advancement. As we all focus on supporting a more diverse workforce, it is critical we work together and share ideas. NHC members will offer insights on challenges, successes, and lessons learned in multiple interactive sessions. Attendees will walk away with replicable and scalable ideas to take back to their organizations.
