Lillian Witting, MPH, CAPM

Senior Coordinator, Research, Education, and Programs  |  [email protected]

Lillian Witting grew up in the Arizona desert where intense heat exposure led to her interest in the intersection of climate, human health, and environmental justice. Her background gives her a unique perspective on barriers within the health system and how patients will be impacted by environmental changes.

Witting has previous community-based research and qualitative experience focused on food accessibility. She joined the National Health Council (NHC) in August 2022 after earning a Master of Public Health degree from George Washington University and is excited to assist with researching diversity and inclusion issues.

In her role as Coordinator, Research, Education and Programs, Witting looks forward to developing projects that shape the views of diversifying clinical trials and patient experiences.
