The National Health Council’s 103rd Annual Membership Meeting and Luncheon
By: Bhriana Onuoha, Senior Communications Coordinator
The National Health Council (NHC) has four marquee events every year. The event held at the end of the calendar year is the Annual Membership Meeting and Luncheon
This member-only event provides attendees the opportunity to convene, share knowledge, and provide input to advance the health ecosystem. Programming includes voting on nominations for the NHC’s Board of Directors, hearing from dynamic keynote speakers — as well as from the NHC’s CEO Randy Rutta – and doing a deep dive into organizational priorities.
Here is a lookback at the last couple of AMML keynote speakers:
- In 2022, Dr. Renee Wegrzyn, the Inaugural Director of the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H);
- 2021 – Jonathan Blum, COO and Principal Deputy Administrator of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS); and
- In 2020, Rear Admiral Richardae Araojo, Associate Commissioner for Minority Health and Director of the Office of the Minority Health and Health Equity in the Office of the Commissioner in the Food and Drug Administration.
This year, the NHC is hosting its 103rd Annual Membership Meeting at the Williard InterContinental in Washington, DC.
The keynote speaker and meeting agenda will be announced shortly. In the interim, don’t forget to register for the NHC’s 2023 Annual Membership Meeting.
