Hotel
Located in the heart of the Annapolis Arts District, the Graduate by Hilton Annapolis Hotel (126 West St., Annapolis, MD, 21401) is a short stroll from the U.S. Naval Academy, St. John’s College, the Chesapeake Bay, and countless shops and restaurants in downtown Annapolis. The hotel guest rooms feature unique decor combining bayside style, Navy pomp, and campus lore.
Registered 2024 Washington Representatives Retreat attendees will receive complimentary hotel accommodation for one night (arriving Thursday, November 14, and departing Friday, November 15) at the Graduate by Hilton Annapolis Hotel. The complimentary night only covers room and tax charges. Attendees should indicate their hotel room needs while completing registration. NHC staff will secure room reservations for all confirmed attendees in the group’s pre-reserved room block. The hotel reservation deadline is Thursday, October 24, 2024. Reservations requested after the deadline are not guaranteed and may not be available. NHC may be able to reserve rooms for the night of Wednesday, November 13 for attendees traveling to Annapolis from outside the Washington, DC area. Hotel check-in begins at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 11 a.m. Upon check-in, attendees are required to provide identification and a credit card to cover incidentals. An incidental hold of $50 per night will be placed on the credit card. The hold will be released around 5 to business days from the checkout date (at the discretion of your card issuer). Any incidental charges incurred are the sole responsibility of the attendee.
Hotel amenities include free Wi-Fi in guest rooms, complimentary bike rentals, complimentary bottled water in guest rooms, access to a fully equipped, 24/7 fitness center, and onsite dining options.

Important Hotel Reservation Details for Sponsors
Confirmed sponsors of the 2024 Washington Representatives Retreat are asked to indicate their hotel room needs via the unique sponsor registration link. Payment for accommodation is the responsibility of the sponsor upon check-in at the Graduate by Hilton Annapolis Hotel. The hotel room rate is $150 per single/double room. Travel
Less than a mile from Marine Corps Stadium, Alumni Hall, and City Dock, Graduate by Hilton Annapolis is the perfect spot to drop anchor. The hotel is about 25 miles from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) and about 30 miles from downtown Washington, DC. The closest Metro stop is the New Carrollton station on the Orange line, about 40 minutes by car from the hotel.

Discounted daily self-parking is available at $10 per day per car for attendees. Other parking options include valet parking at $35 per day.
