The NHC’s Annual Membership Meeting & Luncheon will be held at the Willard InterContinental Washington DC Hotel. Often referred to as the “Residence of Presidents,” the Willard is just a few steps from the White House and has hosted some of the world’s social and political elite — from presidents and foreign dignitaries to celebrities — since 1818. Ideally situated in downtown DC (located at 1401 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20004), the hotel is walking distance to the monuments and museums of the National Mall and close to a plethora of shopping and restaurants.
Onsite dining options include an authentic French Brasserie (Café Du Parc), an upscale coffee shop (Le Café), and the historic Round Robin Bar, which is famous for its circular bar, oak-paneled walls, and its signature drink — the Mint Julep. The hotel is also the premier venue for Afternoon Tea in DC.
Other onsite services include the Willard Spa, a state-of-the-art 24-hour fitness center, a multimedia studio, and a self-service business center.
A block of rooms will be held for attendees of the 2023 Annual Membership Meeting & Luncheon at the Willard InterContinental. A special meeting rate of $429 for single/double occupancy (plus 15.95% tax and applicable service fees) is offered to attendees before Friday, Nov. 10, 2023 — the hotel reservation deadline. Reservations made after this date are based on availability and may be at a higher rate. Please make your hotel reservations online using this unique reservation link. Hotel check-in is at 3:00 p.m. and checkout is at 12:00 p.m.

The closest subway station to the Willard is Metro Center Subway Station. This station is serviced by the red, orange, blue, and silver lines. Upon arriving at Metro Station, depart via the F Street exit.

Valet parking is available for all hotel guests 24-hours a day with in/out privileges. The Willard garage vehicle height restriction is 6′ 5″. Hourly parking rates are below:
